Approach

Many of us have had to develop protective strategies to move through the world, resulting in a distancing from the inherent self. I believe much of this work is about finding your way back home to yourself. I will gently and compassionately guide you to learn how to hear and hold the most tender parts of your experience without shame and judgment to reclaim the life that was meant for you.
